Colorz2 does have the ability to save pictures created in the app. Saving is controlled by the user pressing the save button - see instructions in the app. Saved pictures are stored locally on the device - use the load feature to see, load and delete saved pictures.
Colorz2 is free, and as such uses in app banner ads for potential revenue.
